Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and operator

VidaHa is operated by Vida Sorin Bogdan in Romania. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy and Cookies Policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use VidaHa on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Your account

• Provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.
• Keep passwords, email access, recovery methods, and connected provider accounts secure.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

4. The service

VidaHa provides tools for organizing personal priorities, actions, reflections, and related information. Features may evolve, and beta or preview features may be changed or withdrawn. Material reductions affecting active users will be communicated when reasonably possible.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant the operator a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, back up, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

• Only submit content you have the right to use.
• Avoid storing information that is unlawful or unnecessary highly sensitive data.
• You are responsible for maintaining any independent backup you consider necessary.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt to access another account, bypass security controls, probe vulnerabilities without permission, or disrupt the service.
• Do not upload malware, automate excessive requests, scrape protected information, or misuse authentication systems.
• Do not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.

7. Third-party services

VidaHa relies on third-party infrastructure and may offer third-party sign-in. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. VidaHa is not responsible for a third party acting outside the operator’s instructions, but this does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. VidaHa intellectual property

The service, software, branding, interface, and operator-provided content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the hosted service as intended.

9. Availability and warranties

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. Interruptions, maintenance, and defects may occur, particularly during beta development. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Mandatory consumer guarantees remain unaffected.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. VidaHa is a personal organization tool and is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

11. Suspension, termination, and deletion

You may stop using the service and request account deletion by contacting isvidabogdan@gmail.com. Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary to address serious or repeated violations, security threats, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. When feasible, notice and an opportunity to remedy will be provided.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Please contact isvidabogdan@gmail.com first so a concern can be addressed informally. Courts and consumer authorities retain jurisdiction where provided by applicable law.

13. Changes and contact

Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the service or law. Material changes will be communicated appropriately before taking effect when required. Questions can be sent to isvidabogdan@gmail.com.
